As an exporter and user of the EC Compliance service, you need support on the export control procedures and on the use of the tool. Our support team is available to answer your questions on the following topics:
- How to navigate in the various regulations and the different classifications
- How to use the software tool. How to make the best of the classification, exportability, screening or license management modules.
- How to customize the tool according to your environment and your internal processes (private classification, product line, internal policy vis-à-vis the countries of destination)
- Report a tool bug or problem. In the event of a malfunction, a support engineer will take your request in charge to correct it as soon as possible.
